sausage patties

31/2 lb. ground pork shoulder,1/4 cup vinegar 3 garlic minced,1T coriander ground,1T salt,1t pepper,1/4 t thyme, 1/4t allspices,1/8 t cloves ground, 2T oil.  Mix.keep in fridge 1 day. Shape patties and fry on medium high. Variation: shape 2″diameter logs and bake at 250 F for 5 hours until reach 150 internal temperature.
